Hampton Lane at Pacific Highland Ranch is one of the latest releases of new homes for sale in Carmel Valley, San Diego 92130. The Hampton Lane real estate development was begun in 2012 at prices starting in the low $600,000 range. Since then the value of Hampton Lane homes has risen along with Carmel Valley real estate in general.
Hampton Lane houses in Carmel Valley are mid-to-high priced in the San Diego real estate market. This is largely due to the top rated Carmel Valley school district (San Dieguito Union). The proximity to the beach in Del Mar and Solana Beach is another big draw. Many professionals and upper middle class families gravitate toward Carmel Valley, which has become one of San Diego’s most affluent suburbs.
Pacific Highlands
Pacific Highlands is a group of neighborhoods developed by Pardee Homes. The newest communities at Pacific Highlands Ranch are Hampton Lane, Brightwater, and Manzanita Trail. The neighborhoods are located adjacent to a 1,300 acre nature preserve. A series of trails in the area are great for hiking and walks, bicycling, and pure outdoor enjoyment. The Pacific Highlands Ranch community center has two swimming pools, a spa, clubhouse, and exercise facility.

Hampton Lane houses are available in three floor plans:
- Plan 1: 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, 2,390 square feet of living area.
- Plan 2: 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, 2,624 square feet of living area.
- Plan 3: 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, 2,630 square feet of living area.
The exterior facades of these Hampton Lane homes come in three “elevations”: Spanish style, California Traditional, Napa, and California Cottage. All three layouts in the Hampton Lane real estate development have front porch entries, creating a nostalgic small town atmosphere. The houses also have side courtyards, with the garages at the rear of the homes. Pardee Homes has come to realize that today’s home buyers relate more to their houses and neighborhoods than they do to their cars. So the garages and driveways are not the focal points of these homes.
