The San Diego Realty Pros is an exceptional option when choosing a real estate group. I’m extremely picky when choosing who to conduct business with and luckily met Geoffrey Schiering. I made appointments with 2 other professionals based solely on great reviews and they were not a good fit. Geoff has assisted me a great deal in my two home purchases in San Diego. I wasn’t sure specifically what location was best for me and Geoff was extremely patient and knowledgeable regarding each area of interest. I ended up narrowing my options to beachfront properties and chose an incredible home in Mission Beach. We negotiated a great price and I’ve already seen a return on my investment. I decided to purchase a second home recently and after another great experience, I had to write a review. Both times Geoff was 100% professional, reliable, and detail oriented. During the first transaction he was based in Carmel Valley with Keller Williams Realty. Then he moved the San Diego Realty Pros to his current office in Mission Valley. Geoff did a great job helping my family sell a home in Carmel Valley and buy a home in Del Mar. Geoff is extremely motivated and professional. He has a pleasant demeanor, yet is a serious go-getter. His marketing plan was aggressive. In less than a week he found a buyer for our house in Carmel Valley. Geoff advised us to reject the first offer that came in, and it’s a good thing we did. He brought us a buyer who paid substantially more for our home. Then when we found a house in Del Mar that we love, Geoff helped us negotiate a great deal.
