Geoff did a great job helping my family sell a home in Carmel Valley and buy a home in Del Mar. Geoff is extremely motivated and professional. He has a pleasant demeanor, yet is a serious go-getter. The San Diego Realty Pros is an exceptional option when choosing a real estate group. I’m extremely picky when choosing who to conduct business with and luckily met Geoffrey Schiering. I made appointments with 2 other professionals based solely on great reviews and they were not a good fit. Geoff has assisted me a great deal in my two home purchases in San Diego. I wasn’t sure specifically what location was best for me and Geoff was extremely patient and knowledgeable regarding each area of interest. I ended up narrowing my options to beachfront properties and chose an incredible home in Mission Beach. We negotiated a great price and I’ve already seen a return on my investment.
