Geoff did a great job helping my family sell a home in Carmel Valley and buy a home in Del Mar. Geoff is extremely motivated and professional. He has a pleasant demeanor, yet is a serious go-getter. His marketing plan was aggressive. In less than a week he found a buyer for our house in Carmel Valley. Geoff advised us to reject the first offer that came in, and it’s a good thing we did. He brought us a buyer who paid substantially more for our home. Then when we found a house in Del Mar that we love, Geoff helped us negotiate a great deal.
