UltimateIDX for Sandicor MLS

The UltimateIDX™ was the IDX/RETS Solution of choice when we were ready to redesign our San Diego Real Estate website here at SDRealty.com. We needed a 3rd party RETS Solution to power our property listings from the Sandicor MLS that was powerful, easy to learn and use, with flexibility. Our criteria was met and exceeded with the UltimateIDX™. The decision to covert our website to a WordPress CMS was already made prior to selecting UltimateIDX™ to power our Sandicor MLS Listings. When we discovered that they could handle the WordPress design and conversion of our existing content it seemed like a logical choice to let theme handle that as well. One that we are very please we made. As it turns out, they are also the creators and owners of the WordPress Menu Creator that we use on our site. It makes editing the WordPress menus a snap. The main reason we went with the UltimateIDX™ is their proprietary Client Resource Manager. We save time and increase efficiency by reviewing our current real estate leads “Status at a Glance”. This enables us to determine which lead needs immediate attention and helps us prioritize. Any time one of us handles a lead we can change it to the appropriate Status Icon in seconds and move on to the next lead. The system helps us help our Clients more efficiently. Our business was built on giving good service and this is another valuable tool in our technological tool box. Another preferred feature of the UltimateIDX™ is their built-in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) features. We can adjust every URL to be search engine friendly (SEF URLs) for better indexing by the Search Engines. Why is this important? Over 75% of all real estate transactions now begin on the Internet. Potential buyers often search by address, community or MLS number. The system’s built-in “Unique Meta Tag Generator” creates unique Title, Description and Keyword Meta tags making every listing easier to index by the search engines.
