the past few months. The price reductions have effectively

compared to the four months prior. Interest rates are

First, market knowledge is a must. As prices have fluctuated in some
San Diego neighborhoods more than others, a successful home buyer must know
relative values. Comparing the price of a house to the recent
sales price of a few nearby homes is no longer sufficient.
Market knowledge could mean the difference between instant equity or
instant decline of your investment. The competent advice of a
San Diego real estate professional is more important than ever.

money when you buy a home in San Diego, and costs you nothing.
The second key to success in this market is
dependable financing. When the best real estate deals present
