The Farms Rancho Santa Fe is a gated community, with 24-hour security and guarded entry. Home sites on the area are on lots ranging in size from ½ to 2+ acres. The houses were built in the 1980’s and 1990’s, though many of the homes at The Farms have been extensively remodeled or rebuilt since that time. Membership to The Farms Golf Club is by invitation only. This is a golf-only community. There are no other amenities such as tennis courts or community swimming pools. Serious golfers only need apply!
The Farms in Rancho Santa Fe is part of the Solana Beach Unified and San Dieguito Unified School Districts. Children in the neighborhood attend Solana Santa Fe Elemenary, followed by Early Warren Middle and Torrey Pines High in Carmel Valley.
