    The Bridges Country Club

    The golf course opened in 1999, and was quickly rated as one of the top 100 golf courses in the United States.  Members of The Bridges enjoy access to a 35,000 square foot clubhouse, frequent social events, and one of the best restaurants in the area, The Bridges Clubhouse Grill.  The sports center offers summer camps, golf and tennis lessons for children, making this one of the most family-friendly luxury homes communities in North County San Diego.

    There are three types of memberships available at the club.  The Full Golf Membership, and equity membership which is transferable, carries a membership fee of $175,000 paid in two installments, with monthly dues of $1,924.  A National Golf Membership is available for out-of-towners who do not own homes in San Diego, but rent in the area for less than 90 days per year.  This second category of golf membership costs $75,000 to join, with monthly dues of $962, and it is not transferable.  Third, the Social Golf Membership is another non-equity type, costing $100,000 to join, monthly dues of $748. This lower-priced option is only available to home owners at The Bridges.  There is no additional charge to any of the members for use of the Sports Center, range balls, golf carts, or sports classes.
