A beautiful neighborhood of semi-custom homes in Rancho Santa Fe, Las Villas is at the north end of zip code 92067.  The developer, Concordia Homes, did a wonderful job at creating an upscale atmosphere for these luxury estates.  The houses range in size from 5000 to 7000 square feet of living area.  Low density ensures privacy and quiet, with lot sizes of an acre or more.

There are only ten homes in the Las Villas development.  The community is located at the southwest corner of Avenida Del Duque and Aliso Canyon Road.  Across the street, within walking distance, is The Bridges National Golf Course and country club.  The Village of Rancho Santa Fe is a short drive of ten minutes or less, with an equally short drive to the beaches West of I-5.
