The Crosby Villas were designed and constructed by the award-winning California West Communities.  The semi-custom homes are in The Heritage, an enclave of just eight houses built by Stonefield.  These semi-custom residences were all built with pools, spas, built-in barbeques on inviting patios, with upscale landscaping. The Vintage is a larger group of forty five semi-custom homes built by Vintage homes.  These 45 Mediterranean-style two story homes line the fairways of the golf course.  Custom home sites ranging from just over ½ an acre to approximately 1.5 acres are available for around $1 Million and up, for the land alone.

The Crosby National Golf Course is a 7,220 yard, par-70, professional-level course designed by Schmidt-Curley, with consultation from PGA golf pro Fred Couples. Members enjoy use of the course and clubhouse, driving range, swim and tennis facilities, clubhouse and fitness center.

There are several types of memberships available at The Crosby.  Golf memberships carry an initiation fee of $100,000, with monthly dues of around $500. Sports memberships which exclude use of the golf course carry an initiation fee of $25,000 with monthly dues of less than $200.  A non-equity golf membership is also available for non-resident members.
