Located South of Highway 56, off Rancho Santa Fe Farms Road, the Rancho Glens Estates is a premier upscale neighborhood of luxury homes in Carmel Valley (zip code 92130).  The Rancho Glens Estates homes were built in the mid to late 1990’s in a variety of styles, most with living area between 4,500 and 6,200 square feet.  These are single-story houses, which are often hard to come by in the Carmel Valley real estate market and the surrounding neighborhoods.

There are thirty six lots in Rancho Glens Estates, with lot sizes from one to three acres.  Some of the homes have a French country feel, with large yards and interior courtyards. Others have a more Mediterranean or Tuscan flare.  All of the properties are stately and elegant.

An HOA fee of around $209 per month covers common area maintenance and the electronically gated community.  This is a low HOA fee by San Diego real estate standards. There are no guards on staff at the gate.

Schools serving the neighborhood include Solana Santa Fe Elementary in Rancho Santa Fe, Earl Warren Middle and Torrey Pines High in Carmel Valley.

    To get to the Rancho Glens Estates, from Rancho Santa Fe Farms Road, pass under Highway 56 and then turn right on Caminito Mendiola.  This is just about ten minutes from the main shopping along Del Mar Heights Road, and a similar distance from the new Albertson’s shopping center at Camino Del Sur and Highway 56.
