That's right, and prices of San Diego condos are down by about the same amount in many neighborhoods. San Diego houses are down from 30% to 50%, depending on how close the homes are to the ocean. Any way you look at it these are bargain prices. The press is starting to talk more and more about the Canadian real estate bubble. My brother just bought a house in San Diego and he says he loves it. He has been trying to talk me into moving out there for the last year but I have been stalling. I might need to reconsider.

I found it interesting that Arizona is the # 1 place for Canadian Real Estate Investors. Makes sense, prices here have been reduced by about 50% since 2006.
