Schools are definitely important to families with children. In San Diego, most of the schools have boundaries and the home’s address means everything. Only a few schools in the county have open enrollment. Otherwise it is important to choose a good public school district.
A community with a nearby school is well rounded community just like living in San Diego. Carmel Valley homes are just good enough to stay in a most accessible and where schools are present and for all those reasons. Keep it up!
School districts are very important when considering where to buy a home. San Diego seems like a nice place to raise a family.
San Diego is definitely a great place to raise a family. Carmel Valley is a great neighborhood with excellent schools. A less expensive alternative is the Poway School District which serves homes in Rancho Penasquitos.

Thanks Rachel. Carmel Valley real estate is a great investment, and it is a wonderful place to live. In addition to the good schools, there is great shopping and good restaurants. The Del Mar beaches are only a couple of miles to the west. And there is easy freeway access to everything San Diego has to offer. La Jolla is only a few minutes to the south, and Downtown San Diego is only about 20 minutes.
Schools are always important when moving or relocating to a new home. This is always true right? Of course, this is only true for families and not single people.
School district location is primary consideration when moving to a new place. I think your listings are great!!
