This house has about 1,621 square feet, and feels larger. It is an ideal neighborhood in Poway, right on the border of Rancho Bernardo. It’s a beautiful part of San Diego.
That is cheap! If only we could find something that cheap in the PB or Ocean Beach area that’s not a condo or falling apart.
Yeah, it would be nice if there were pictures of the house from the outside, including maybe the living area. That would make it even better for prospective buyers. 🙂 I like this though. Quite neighborhood. No noise from cars and trucks passing by.

Nice looking property that has decent curb appeal. Other than the occasional hedge trim/weed pull, the yard is maintenance free.
North Poway is a great place to live. I’ve done a few home inspections in that development.
